Having a system in the office is a great way to communicate with all of the other people and employees who either are visiting or work there with you. Imagine working in a 30 story building, and having to climb the steps or take the elevator every single time that you need to communicate with someone else in the building! At the very least, you wouldn’t need to do an extra daily workout! This is why having an office phone system is very important for people who do work in this kind of situation. There are other possibilities, no doubts, such as an intercom system. But then, especially for the cubicle type office space, every time somebody needed to be contacts, everyone else would be disturbed and irritated. No one would ever get any work done! This is why a phone system is superior. Although there is a ring, it doesn’t have to be loud.
